Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Thingangyun

  • Establish & ensure maintenance (water treatment, ELV, Electrical , Plumbing , Fire Fighting, lift & Generator ) procedure is executed properly
  • Ensure tenant complain is solved within 3 days
  • Assist in purchasing for other business units
  • Ensure generator maintenance is done in proper
  • Ensure ELV is checked monthly
  • ELV system-Check 4 CO phone lines from key phone, camera condition & play back of CCTV system & Fire alarm panel.
  • Ensure Electrical line is checked monthly
  • Daily Generator / Transformer checking and operation

Hlegu

  • Conduct daily checking and maintenance of motors, electrical equipment and machinery 
  • Preventive maintenance and monitor machinery condition to ensure uninterrupted production
  • Maintenance of Air-conditioner, lighting and Employee Hostel
  • Check and repair of compressor, pressure pump and CCTV
  • Provide on time requisition with accurate product specification to ensure availability of spare parts
  • Provide periodical safety counselling and awareness training to maintenance team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • minimum 12 years of experience in Factory Maintenance is preferre
  • Knowledge in Autocad is preferred
  • Knowledge in ELV is preferred
