• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Broadcasting, Communication, or related fields• 3–5 years of experience in radio or media production• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills• Knowledge of radio production, live broadcasting, and audio systems• Able to work under pressure and handle on-air issues• Fluent in Myanmar language; English is an advantage.
