Distribution operations excellence who is responsible for developing, maintaining, and running the sales incentive compensation processes. They provide reporting and analysis related to commission and bonus compensation to senior management

• Design, implement and administrate compensation payout several sales incentives (bonus) plans of distribution team and ensure commissions calculations comply with the plan.
• Ensure commissions and bonus calculations are done accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Finance to provide accurate and timely payments to sales force
• Carry out manual calculation, adjustments for distributions if needed
• Ensure commissions calculations comply with the plan and compliance with payroll policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales Leadership to improve compensation plan design.
• Develop and present business insights to Sales Compensation leadership and senior management team
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure that compensation data is aligned with approved compensation scheme and up to date in the system
• Collaborate on the development and improvement of the Agency Management System (compensation system)

Participate in the data quality controls of the sales compensation system

• Perform testing (UAT) and other support activities related to compensation plan changes
• Manage distribution team onboarding, termination, promotions, demotions process in Agency Management System (AMS).
• Maintain quality of the distribution operations and compensation related procedures documents
• Work with business managers to determine appropriate compensation plan
• Prepare incentive expense reports for Finance.
• Provide reporting and analysis related to commission and bonus compensation.
• Resolve complex inquiries in respects to variable compensation
• Communicate effectively across functional groups. Complete and prioritize work as required
• Work on ad-hoc duties for special projects or MIS reports assigned by management from time to time

• University graduate in discipline of business administration
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supporting sales administration, sales compensation, and analysis function
• Knowledge of compensation principles and practices, including incentives, campaign, and bonuses.
• Familiarity with legal requirements related to compensation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power point, Words, and power BI
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Candidate with analytical skills and/or experiences in handling MIS report is an advantage
