Assistant   Manager (Fleet Management) will report to Managing Director and General Manager.

Job Overview

Overseeing all technology for delivery operations and evaluating them according to established goals.

 Devising and establishing policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set operational efficiency and cost efficiency.

Job Description and Responsibility

• Develop and implement GPS systems and modules for vehicles and equipment use and care.
• Write policy and procedures to enhance the efficiency of daily routes operation teams.

•   Set and enforced policies focused on increasing team productivity and strengthening operational efficiency.
• Work closely with management teams to plan, develop, coordinate and execute technical strategies aligned to the company's vision, mission and purpose.

• Convey and clarify GPS   and system requirements with 3rd party vendors, and review their solution proposal to ensure business/functional requirements are met and addressed.

• Review & report cost-benefit analysis monthly yearly,

for operation defines and measures key performance indicators with the end-users where required, and provides alternative and more cost-effective solutions where possible and required.

• Schedule drivers on various routes efficiently and decrease vehicle costs.
•  Managing drivers so they adhere to strict schedules and regulations.

•  Schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.

• Complying with existing Myanmar transportation and vehicle laws & regulations.

•  Managed and updated fuel database detailing important invoices

and vouchers.

• Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits and operational efficiency. 

• Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
• Develops and administers vehicle/equipment asset management processes from procurement to disposition.

• Establish and monitor purchasing, operational, and replacement strategies and practices for the most cost-effective operation.
• Coordination and responding to emergency situations.

SKILL OR COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENT
    Must possess a good personality and interpersonal skills.
    Must be computer literate, especially in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    Able to work under pressure and a good team leader.
    Matured, good communication and leadership skills, and have a sense of responsibility.
    Strong negotiation skills.
    Filing management and common document writing.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
    Any graduate, diploma in management is preferred.
    Minimum 5-year experience in a related field
    Good leadership and motivational ability to motivate the staff for better performance.
    Time management skills, organizational skills.
    Decision-making, problem solving ability.
    Must have a driving license and be able to drive most types of vehicles and knowledge in car repairing control.
