To assist and collaborate in product development and management

To manage a cross-functional team to provide creative solutions that satisfy clients and accelerate company expansion

To deliver successful products to market, you will combine data-driven decision making, agile processes, and a customer-obsessed approach

  • Assist in design, and development of new and ongoing product enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering product features.
  • Work closely with internal teams to prioritise tasks and requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of product specifications, requirements, and development processes.
  • Prepare training slides, FAQs and user guides for new products and services to respective teams and trainers.
  • Participate in preparing BRD, CR and project documents.
  • Assist in developing SOP to align with product features.
  • Monitor the product and user complaints to ensure that features are working correctly and are free of bugs.
  • Handle product related complaints.
  • Participate in identifying trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements and improvements.
  • Other related duties as assigned by the Manager.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in product management environment.
