About the Role

The Assistant Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, in-app, and offline channels. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, optimize campaign performance, and ensure seamless project delivery. Ideal for a strategic thinker with strong coordination and communication skills, this remote role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that support business objectives and drive brand and user growth across different verticals.

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance data to inform strategies and make timely, data-driven decisions.

  • Support and coach a team of marketing professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and strong execution across functions.

  • Craft marketing briefs and work closely with creative and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns across digital, offline, and in-app channels.

  • Monitor campaign performance, generate regular reports, and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders and management.

  • Collaborate with teams across Operations, Marketplace, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

  • Plan and manage consumer communications, promotions, and engagement mechanics using internal tools and systems.

  • Work with media and advertising partners to manage house ads and sponsored placements inside the app and other owned channels.

  • Organize and manage on-ground activations and online engagement initiatives, including coordination with third-party vendors and partners.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role.

  • Strong track record in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Detail-oriented approach with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

  • Understanding of local consumer behavior and market dynamics in Myanmar.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Burmese and English.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and familiar with campaign reporting tools and marketing analytics platforms.
