1. Provide support for team members, including communicating team goals, offering guidance, and identifying training needs
2.Assist with difficult accounts, complaints or problems
3.Manage our service standards in the market terms of commercial operations and processes
4. To run the reports and conduct file audits for effective process.
5. Assist in creating training and development plans for Commercial team members.
6. Coordinate with customers for best of the support and services from the organization in terms of commercials.
7. any additional commercial related duties assigned by the commercial head

Experience: Should have 7-15 years of experience in the commercial (Min 2-5 years of experience in telecom, telecom infrastructure, telecom services)

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate

Language: Should be able to speak English and Burmese language

2. Should be a Team Manager
3. Effective Problem Solving Skills
4. Excellent Customer Handling and Management Skills
