Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1. Audit Execution & Supervision 

  • Plan and execute comprehensive internal audits covering operational, financial, and inventory processes across the central kitchen, head office, and branches. Supervise on-site audit activities, ensure adherence to company SOPs, and maintain high standards of audit quality.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

2. Reporting & Communication 

  • Prepare accurate, clear, and objective audit reports highlighting findings, risk exposures, and practical recommendations. Effectively communicate with department heads and branch managers to ensure corrective and preventive action plans (CAPAs) are successfully implemented.

3. Team Management & Development 

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the internal audit team by setting clear KPIs, providing regular coaching, and enhancing their technical audit skills. Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous professional growth within the team.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

4. Follow up & Monitoring

  •  Continuously monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive action plans (CAPAs) agreed upon with management. Ensure that previously identified weaknesses, errors, or risks have been effectively resolved by the respective departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in B.Com , B-Act 
  • ACCA / CPA / Dip in Accounting or Management will be a strong advantage
  • Minimum 7 years experience in Auditing Risk Assessment , more prefered & Audit Firm experience.
