Job Description

  1. Strong analytical skill to evaluate market competition/ trends, process business drivers and translate analysis into meaningful initiatives or strategies, that will help to maximize growth and efficiency
  2. Reporting to Product Manager and support in executing product & channel vision, strategy and roadmap to deliver the business goals
  3. Define end-to-end user experiences, write BRD defining the requirements and lead development of new features from concept to launch through the entire digital product design life cycle from user research and ideation to prototyping to channel roll-out
  4. Familiar with the digital payments in the market
  5. Manage Bill Payment and Gift Card categories & merchants
  6. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams within the company: marketing, technical, sales, and customer support
  7. Review and analyze the reports/ dashboards and track product & channel performance in the market
  8. Product administration includes participation in internal partnership meetings & discussions with legal, risk, operation, branches, and KBZPay Centers
  9. Provide necessary level 2 support of the product related issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in product management/ digital payments
  • Excellent Analytical thinking, proactive and creative
  • Strong Teamwork & excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective negotiation, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Analytical tools
  • Good command in English for both verbal and written
