Fortune International Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager (or) Assistant Product Manager to join our AVD Business – Mandalay Branch.

 

  • Lead and support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the market.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and support sales strategies.
  • Coach and motivate team members to improve sales performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, preferably in a supervisory/team leader role.
  • Experience in Animal Health / Veterinary / Pharmaceutical / FMCG / Distribution industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
  • Able to work independently and travel when required.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Mandalay.
