Schedules and coordinates project meetings with the project team, client, and others involved with the projects.
Coordinates and participates in contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors and management team.
Directs project team and clients for compliance with contract terms and monitors subcontractors' compliance with contractual commitments.
Prepares project work plan, scope, schedule and budget, and communicates these to project team members; monitors/manages project for compliance with schedule, budget and quality objectives.
Schedules to ensure appropriate costs and expenses of projects, and reports project progress/status to management team.
Manage delivery of required products, review the quality of products, ensure that products are accepted.
Identify and anticipate potential risks and issues to forecasts in a timely manner and advise on measures and solutions.
Identify and anticipate potential risks and problems in a timely manner and advise the implementation of measures and solutions.
Performs such other duties as the site supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

Job Requirements

B.E, B.Tech, A.G.T.I ( Civil ).
Minimum 5 years of professional experience with a successful experience in project.
Age under 45 years old.
Knowledge of project management, procurement, financial management and regulations is required.
Strong experience in data analysis, management reporting, information management tools and systems
Ability to work under pressure, occasionally in a very stressful environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
Ability to manage, organize, plan and execute tasks in demands and on tight deadlines.
Must be able to travel
Must have driving license
Can stay in project location if needed
