Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Ensure all the production processes Planning, Controlling, Analyzing, and Improving are efficient and cost oriented.
  • Maintenance Management for both utility and production machine.
  • Ensure reliability of all the equipment and at optimum stage for production.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of Safety, Equipment Efficiency, Operation Methods, Product Quality and Skill.
  • Develop and conduct training based on production operation skill requirement while maintaining inhouse talents performance.
  • Responsible for leading in implementation of Safety Program and HACCP program in production.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering in (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic)
  • Good Leadership skill and Interpersonal Skill
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Manufacturing as Management Role
  • Management experience of Production Equipment Maintenance and hand on experience of Machine Repair
  • Experience in implementation of manufacturing Safety Program
  • Knowledge in Food Safety System (HACCP) and Quality Management System. Implementing HACCP program experience is preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and AutoCAD 2D basic
  • Able to communicate in English 

Working time - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Working days - Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays
Location- Thilawa Local Industrial Zone, Kyauk Tan Township
