-Managing sales operations of revenue growth, expanding distribution and leading a team of sale representatives to achieve targets

-Develop and implement area sales plans to achieve targets

-Set sales targets for distributiors and sales team

-Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance

-Identify growth opportunities within the assigned territory

-Expand distribution network (new outlets, new partners), monitor competitor activities in the area

-Appoint and manage distributors/ dealers
