We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager to support our sales growth and marketing initiatives for our laundry services in Yangon. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager in developing strategies, managing client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to increase customer base and revenue.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, while identifying new business opportunities.

• Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns (e.g. social media, flyers, promotions).

• Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to track progress against targets.

• Coordinate with customer service, operations, and delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Assist in organizing promotional events, corporate outreach, and B2B sales efforts.

• Work closely with the marketing team on content creation, branding, and advertising.

• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in service industry preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of local market dynamics in Yangon is a must.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with social media platforms.

• Good command of English and Burmese.

• Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
