  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, build pipelines, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to secure repeat business and improve market coverage.
  • Conduct market visits to assess sales performance, gather insights on customer preferences, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and pricing structures to ensure profitability and competitive advantage.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery, inventory control, and product availability across all sales channels.
  • Participate in planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives such as in-store displays, product launches, seasonal promotions, and campaigns that drive sales and brand visibility.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, preparing reports and recommendations for management.
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, including conducting regular coaching and performance reviews.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales contracts, and distributor agreements.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, trade events, and business negotiations when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in channel/distribution sales.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales management (distributors, dealers, wholesalers).
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to supervise and motivate sales teams.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
