Job Description

  • Identify and develop new clients in government, utilities, and private sectors.
  • Understand client requirements and propose technical and commercial solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and bid documents.
  • Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams for proposal development.
  • Follow up on proposals, attend negotiations, and close deals.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Represent the company in industry events and client meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience in sales or business development in electrical EPC industry.
  • Strong knowledge of substations, transmission lines, switchgear, transformers, and protection systems.
  • Good understanding of tendering processes and proposal preparation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel for client visits and project follow-ups.
