Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Bakery and Dairy product lines.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients in the Bakery and Dairy sectors.
  • Identify and target potential customers to expand the customer base within the specified market.
  • Actively participate in the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring achievement of sales target.
  • Conduct a product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefit of Bakery and Dairy Products.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and customers preferences related to Bakery and Dairy Products.
  • Prepared regular sales report and present finding to the management team.
  • Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share market insights.
  • Utilizes data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experiences in sales, preferable in Bakery and Dairy industry.
  • Strong understanding of Bakery and Dairy Products and market trends.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
