Plan, manage, execute and assist KPI monitoring for broad range of Mobile service activities
Support and navigate related departments to implement necessary action plans to achieve KPIs
Report Daily/weekly/monthly KPI progress with insights
Cooperate well with other department members, not only just share the progress of KPIs but also give some suggestions for improvement
Request necessary data to colleagues for analysis or extract data by yourself from Data Base
Create reporting materials to visualize the progress of KPIs with PowerPoint and Excel
Set deadline and create schedule to finish projects in time
Highly organized, detail-oriented
High ability to process data
Graph/Chart/Table visualization
Catch up quickly
Grasp key points clearly and quickly
Logical thinking and talking
Punctual
High ability to involve and engage others in other departments

Job Requirements
BE or BCS
Minimum 2 years & above Experience in KPI planning/monitoring or experience at corporate planning and coordination dept
Better to have a background of telco business
Expert of Microsoft Office apps, especially Excel and Power Point
Advanced level of Speaking/Writing/Listening/Reading English
Create visualized and logical presentation materials
Project management with timeline
