Overall Responsibility:

The Assistant Supervisor/ Supervisor at branches will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation within designated sections.
The Assistant Supervisor/ Supervisor at Head Office Departments will vary based on the department that they are assigned to and is responsible for offering guidance to ensure smooth functioning within specific sections within the Department.
All Assistant Supervisors/ Supervisors are expected to provide a high level of customer service to all customers – both external and internal customers.

Job Requirements

Educational and Experience

Bachelors’ Degree, preferably in the Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics background for branches.
Other related diplomas/ certificates will be an added advantage.
Minimum 1-year experience in relevant sector/ function.

Competencies
1. Computer Literate
2. Proficiency in English and other additional languages will be an added advantage.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent customer service skills and able to maintain confidentiality of files and privileged information.
