  • Support TA Supervisor to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s workforce needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and create hiring plans.
  • Identify and utilize effective sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Strengthen the employer brand through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
  • Attend job fairs, career expos, and university events to build talent pipelines.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and standardize job descriptions, interview templates, and evaluation criteria.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to improve efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to supervisor and HOD
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships with talent pools for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in high-volume hiring and specialized recruitment, ideally within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations.
  • Strong network of professional relationships in relevant industries.
