Job SummaryIIP International School is seeking enthusiastic Assistant Teachers to support classroom learning and student development in Yangon. This entry-level role is ideal for caring, adaptable individuals who enjoy working with children in a structured, collaborative school environment.Key Responsibilities● Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.● Support students with learning tasks, behavior, and daily classroom routines.● Prepare teaching materials, organize learning spaces, and maintain classroom order.● Monitor student progress and provide individual support when needed.● Help create a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment.● Supervise students during class, breaks, and school events as assigned.

Job Requirements
● Diploma education-related background is an advantage.
● Entry-level, Fresh Graduate candidates are welcome; prior teaching support experience is a plus.● Good communication skills and a friendly, patient, and responsible attitude.● Ability to work well with children and support classroom discipline.● Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.● Basic English communication skills preferred.● Must be available to work in Kamaryut Township, Yangon.
