Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  1. Check the students in and out. Remind the students to enter the classrooms, to join the supplementary class, and remind them not to use phones during school hours.
  2. When prospective walk-ins come to inquire, ask them to fill out the inquiry form.
  3. Greet guests and parents and get the right person to talk with them.
  4. Maintain forms and documents needed in the school, eg. student inquiry forms, admission forms, etc.
  5. Handle phone calls when the receptionist is unavailable. Hand over the phone call to the right person.
  6. Communicate students' matters with their parents, clients, and visitors.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. One year of experience working with student conduct administration, residence life, and/or student activities.
  3. Strong skills in decision making, communication, interpersonal and intercultural relations.
  4. Ability to coach and lead others, strategic thinking, and drive for results.
  5. Supervision of volunteers and work with diverse student populations.
  6. Ability to work effectively with individuals from different viewpoints and backgrounds and teamwork in daily work activity.
  7. Clear understanding of student development theories, co-curricular development, learning outcomes and ability to collaborate.
  8. Ability to relate well to students, develop rapport, trust and work within a shared decision-making model with the students.
