Role & Responsibilities: As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will:

Manage and oversee all company Facebook pages and digital platforms.
Handle and implement AI marketing tools to optimize campaigns, content, and customer engagement.
Plan and execute social media strategies, promotions, and branding campaigns across all businesses.
Supervise and guide 2 Marketing Staff to achieve departmental targets and KPI.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Management teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Track, analyze, and report marketing performance using dashboards and AI analytics.

Job Requirements

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing / social media management.
Strong knowledge of AI Marketing Tools (Meta AI Ads Manager, Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.).
Leadership skills to supervise and mentor a small team.
Excellent communication and creativity in both English & Myanmar.
Ability to work across multi-industry companies (construction, design, textiles, and products).
