Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that promote the company’s agri-based and industrial development projects. This includes managing online presence, executing campaigns to support machinery sales, industrial solutions, and agricultural technology awareness, and driving digital transformation across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s agri and industrial business goals.

Plan annual and quarterly digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.

Conduct digital market research to identify opportunities in agriculture, industrial machinery, and manufacturing technology sectors.

 

2. Content & Campaign Management

Oversee creation and management of digital content (website, social media, video, articles, and email marketing).

Design and implement lead generation campaigns focused on B2B clients, industrial investors, and project partners.

Collaborate with technical teams to create educational and promotional content about industrial processes, agri-machinery, and processing technologies.

 

3. Branding & Awareness

Strengthen the company’s digital brand identity in the agri-industrial sector.

Promote company projects, success stories, and development milestones through digital storytelling.

Manage and optimize company websites, ensuring strong SEO performance and user experience.

 

4. Performance Monitoring

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital platforms.

Generate reports on campaign performance, digital reach, and ROI for management review.

Use analytics to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion rates.

 

5. Collaboration & Networking

Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Project, and Corporate Communications) for aligned messaging.

Manage relationships with digital agencies, media partners, and content creators.

Support investor relations and B2B communications through digital channels.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in the agri-business, industrial, or manufacturing sector.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing, industrial branding, and project promotion.

Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, and email automation tools.

Experience in managing web development projects and digital transformation initiatives.

 

Skills & Competencies:

Strategic thinking with an understanding of industrial development trends.

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Creative mindset with technical knowledge of digital tools.

Ability to translate complex industrial and agri concepts into engaging digital content.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
