Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Gathering merchant acquisition data, business details, documents, and information from sales
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent information.
  • Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
  • Entering and updating information into Merchant Onboarding System
  • Configuring to Terminal with onboarding merchants.
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
  • Scheduling to deployment plan with outsourced team.
  • Developing Daily/Weekly/Monthly report related to Merchant Onboarding.
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
  • Handling additional duties from time to time and responsible for overseeing all activities within a team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, IT or any relevant field.
  • Knowledge in business field and customer service.
  • Minimum 1 years of working experiences in business field and financial services industry.
  • Good client relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel) and Banking software.
  • Sound and effective interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to use and communicate in both Myanmar and English.
  • Able to work with internal and external team business units.
