  • Prepare and control HR Budget based on the business plan.
  • Manage to recruit talent employees for all vacant positions.
  • Developing candidates attracting program and analyze the effectiveness.
  • Manage and develop effective recruitment and selection process to hire talent employees and conduct Orientation Program.
  • Developing induction program and orientation program effectively.
  • Dealing with HODs and Managers for HR issues and give advice as HR point of view.
  • Implementing productivity development program and develop succession planning
  • Handle employee problems and taking disciplinary action (as needed).
  • Review and update Human Resource Policies and Procedure to comply with Government Law (as needed).
  • Develop Learning and Development Section with effective Training Program to build stronger organization.
  • Oversee monthly/quarterly/yearly HR reports with required analysis.
  • Manage to implement Performance Management System (PMS) and Organization development program.
  • Perform and implement team structure and productivity program.
  • Plan and implement employee development and retention plan, Reward & Recognition Program within approved budget.
  • Oversee and perform HR strategic planning, Organizational development program and environmental change with HRSC and HRM team
  • Assist to Head of HR to implement projects and ad hoc duties.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR Department

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate, more preferable to Diploma in HR or MBA
  • Over 5 years’ professional experiences in HR field
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in English 
  • Experience in assessment, monitoring and evaluation, training, and facilitation of staff
  • Good contextual knowledge of local issues, organizational relationship, social and cultural constraints and realities, and environmental conditions
