Job Description

Job Purpose

To perform activities in managing end-to-end organization’s own store/shop operations. In order to support the achievement of sales and service targets as well as to deliver consistent target customer experience and brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance customer vs user intervention in the ground in order to aware of products and services.
  • Practice all market activities of product advertising, merchandising, to expand market awareness.
  • Arrange and implement sales promotion (Gross Add) which comprise a range of techniques is used to feature value added offers of a product targets and consumers achieve specific sales and marketing objectives runs within a specific time period.
  • Handle all promotional activities to build the brand’s long-term customer relationship.
  • Develop monthly store Target plan and implement to drive the team to meet monthly KPI Target.
  • Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
  • Analyzing sales figures and interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
  • Dealing with staffing issues such as attendance and etc.
  • Ensuring standards for quality and customer service.
  • Resolving health and safety, legal and security issues.
  • Responding to customer complaints and queries.
  • Preparing daily sales and inventory and monthly reports.
  • Ensuring the alignment of sales and service targets with overall achievement of customer experience.
  • Collect feedbacks and perform analysis to ensure business and other requirements are met.
  • Contribute, in order to support senior members in the documentation or reporting.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Must be graduate (preferably business related degree).

Experience

  • Experience in retail sales / customer service related areas is preferable.

Key Skillsets (3 - 5 skillsets)

  1. Strong analytics skills and communication skill is a must.
  2. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
  3. Must have ambition and attitude for continuous growth and development.
  4. Communication Skills with proficiency in English language
