Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence and achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in overseas markets through research, networking, and strategic partnerships.

  • Manage and grow relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents to ensure long-term business success.

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders and timely delivery.

  • Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and trade terms in accordance with company policies and international regulations.

  • Monitor and analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business strategy.

  • Oversee export documentation, shipping arrangements, and customs compliance to ensure adherence to trade laws and regulations.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor promotional strategies and campaigns for target regions.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and profitability analyses for management review.

  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business forums to promote products and strengthen brand presence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Trade, or a related field; a Master’s or MBA is an advantage.

  • 7–10 years of experience in international sales, export management, or global trade operations, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or consumer goods.

  • Strong knowledge of export/import procedures, Incoterms, and international trade regulations.

  • Proven track record in building global client networks and achieving international sales targets.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

  • Ability to analyze markets, forecast demand, and develop entry strategies for new regions.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Chinese or additional languages are an asset.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
