On behalf of our Client, a farm equipment supplier. We are looking for an: Assistant Sales Manager (Farm Equipment) to be based at their offices in Sittwe, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads to achieve hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team under the instructions of Sales Manager
  • Leads to design and implement a strategic sales plan and ensures to increase sales
  • Performs objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team
  • Establishes, maintains, and expands the customer base
  • Performs setting sales targets, allocating area sales and proceeds the route plans for team
  • Creates and maintains strong dealer relationship and direct customers
  • Collects customer feedback and the competitor information
  • Involves with Marketing due to products launching, trade shows and seminars
  • Prepares the data for weekly Meetings, Sales Meetings and Marketing Meetings
  • Prepares and submits daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports to Sales Manager

  • University Degree with any major subject
  • At least 3 years of sales management experience
  • Good command of English Language
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, sociability skills and multicultural skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Willing to travel as business trips
