Oversee and supervise the Sales Manager and the entire sales team.
Analyze sales performance data, set sales targets, and implement effective sales strategies to improve revenue and customer retention.
In collaboration with the Board of Directors and General Manager, develop pricing strategies, sales promotions, and product placement plans.
Identify sales gaps and develop practical solutions to drive improvement.
Ensure alignment and collaboration between wholesale and online sales teams.
Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews with the sales team.
Prepare and present strategic sales reports to the Board of Directors and General Manager.
Share ideas and collaborate with other departments.

Job Requirements
Age between 35 and 45 years old.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
Honest, hardworking, and committed to long-term career growth.
A strong team player with accountability and responsibility.
Patient, resilient, and eager to learn and improve.
Preference will be given to candidates living near the workplace.
Must possess strong People Management and Leadership Skills.
