Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  1. Lead sales and operation process 
  2. Contribute and coordinate sales and marketing alignment & distributor side 
  3. Lead sales planning within regional and SKUs 
  4. Support and leading the implementation of Route to Market and sales automation tools 
  5. Ensure Route to Market is effective and efficient across the upper Myanmar 
  6. Distributor management: assess, review and drive distributor/dealer sales performance 
  7. Identify strategic/operational areas of improvement between distributor & principle 
  8. Manage (a proposal, increase, etc.) credit management ( On approval creditor outlets ) 
  9. Enhance and improve sales capabilities by training and developing Sales teams 
  10. Provide coaching and development to his team 
  11. Together with Sales and Supply Chain coordinate the delivery plan/transport permits ( MSL, minimize stock level ) 
  12. Monitoring and supporting overall sales performance ( By region, By channel, by SKUs, By Team ) 
  13. Support and lead sales team to ensure excellent outlet execution in point of sales ( POP and POSM ) control and trade invest 
  14. Assess the performance and potential of the team 
  15. Facilitate the calculation of the Sales Incentive cycle

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferably in Business Management and Master Degree is advantaged. 
  • More than five years working experience ( preferred FMCG and Food ) Sales and Distribution 
  • Strategic Thinking 
  • Result oriented and problem resolution skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively internally and externally 
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills 
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Ability to supervise and guide assigned staff to achieve targets, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments 
  • Regular traveling is required 
  • Myanmar language is a must and business proficiency in English.
