  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on ATMs and CRMs.
  • Detect and fix errors; escalate complex issues to the team leader when necessary
  • Coordinate with your leader before replacing parts
  • Travel to service sites and keep in touch with clients in a professional manner.
  • Report any lost or damaged tools to the team leader
  • Work independently while actively supporting team operations

Job Requirements

Education Requirement:

  • Any Graduate, Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Science (BSC)
  • Diploma / Certificate in A+.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware & operating system (Windows).
  • Knowledge of printer paper roll replacement, card jam & cash jam clearing.
  • Problem solving & troubleshooting skill.
  • Good communication & customer handling skill.
  • Basic reporting & documentation skill (Excel, Email).
  • Ability to work a team & on-call duty.
