• Lead and supervise audit teams, including assigning tasks, reviewing workpapers, and providing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop comprehensive audit plans to address identified risks and control weaknesses.
• Perform detailed testing of internal controls, financial transactions, and operational processes to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Review financial statements, audit reports, and other deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and auditing standards.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with management to develop action plans and remediation measures to address identified deficiencies and improve internal controls.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory developments to enhance audit processes and methodologies.
• Mentor and develop audit staff, providing guidance on technical matters and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of [4] years of experience in auditing, with at least [1] years in a supervisory or role
• Must be thoroughly familiar with internal auditing and accounting principles, risk, and control principles.
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in audit software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
