Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Audit daily sales, rental income, and other revenue generated by the shopping mall.
  • Review tenant sales reports and verify the accuracy and completeness of reported figures.
  • Monitor cash handling, POS transactions, and payment processes to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Review lease agreements and ensure tenants comply with agreed terms and mall policies.
  • Prepare audit reports, document findings, and submit recommendations to management.
  • Identify financial risks, controlling weaknesses, and potential cases of fraud or non-compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal control procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Follow up on audit findings and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or financial control.
  • Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, accounting practices, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or POS systems.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, sales reports, and revenue records.
