Supervise daily Horeca sales operations and ensure target achievement.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with key Horeca, accounts CHotel, Restaurant, capes).
Identity new Horeca opportunities and develop sales growth plans.
Lead, train, and motivate sales representative under Horeca channel.
and product visibility. Monitor outlet coverage, order frequency.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and share with HOD.
Coordinate with Marketing, Delivery, and operation teams por Smooth execution.
Handle customer issues, price negotiation, arid ensure service satisfaction.
Conduct regular market visits to evaluate brand presence and competitor activity

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor’s degree or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in Horeca. & B2B sales (FMCG background preferred)

Proven leadership and team supervision experience

strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good Computer skill (Microsoft Excel & word, Power Point, etc...)
