Purpose of the Role: Driving sales growth and expanding distribution channels for our products in the business-to-business (B2B) segment. 

The role focuses on strategic planning, account management, and sales execution to increase market share and revenue.

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to grow distribution networks and increase market penetration.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts within the B2B market.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with B2B clients.
  • Monitor and manage client satisfaction, issue resolution, and after-sales service.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop B2B campaigns and promotional offers.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong sales, contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the Stationery industry and local market conditions.
  • Fluent in English and Burmese (preferred).
