Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity positions, cash balances, and funding requirements, and identify potential liquidity gaps or mismatches.
Support the analysis of the bank’s balance sheet structure, including assets, liabilities, funding mix, maturity profiles, and key balance sheet movements.
Prepare regular reports and analysis on liquidity, interest rate risk, capital, and other key balance sheet management indicators.
Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of financial models, dashboards, and management information tools for balance sheet management.
Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Risk Management, Branches, and other relevant departments to collect information and support balance sheet management activities.
Maintain accurate documentation, records, working papers, and supporting analysis for management decisions and regulatory or internal review.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, operational efficiency, and analytical tools.
Support in departmental projects, system enhancements, policy and procedure updates, and other strategic initiatives.
Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to support departmental goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in balance sheet management, ALM, Treasury, Finance, Liquidity Management, Risk Management, or financial analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and market data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling, reporting, and analytical tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports and analysis.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
