Credit Audit Execution

• Conduct credit audits according to approved audit programs and methodologies.
• Review and examine the quality of loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance of FFM’s internal policies, procedures and regulatory guideline and directives.
• Verify on compliance of credit approval processes and adherence to delegated lending authority.
• Assess loan disbursement, loan monitoring, loan collection, and recovery activities.
• Perform branch and portfolio reviews.

Audit Testing & Analysis

• Perform sampling and testing of loan accounts.
• Analyze portfolio trends and identify potential credit risks.
• Review loan classifications and repayment performance.
• Detect irregularities, exceptions, and policy violations.

Fraud investigation

• Identify the any potential fraud case related with credit operations at all level who involve in any part of credit lifecycle either internal or external involvement.
• Support special investigation on any fraud case related with credit operations at all branches.
• Recommendation to prevent future fraud case related with credit operations.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Draft audit observations and findings.
• Assist in preparing audit reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate audit records.

Follow-up Activities

• Follow up on corrective actions taken by auditees and report to the line manager
• Update audit issue tracking logs.
• Monitor the status of outstanding audit findings.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Credit Administration, Credit Risk, Loan Operations, or Banking and finance industry.
• Experience in credit review or loan portfolio analysis is preferred.
• Understanding of credit processes and lending products.
• Basic audit and risk assessment skills.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Report writing and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail & Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
