This position will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team and be responsible for achieving the expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.
• To manage and develop the Financial Advisors (FAs) assigned to ensure that Key Result Areas (KRAs) are met or exceeded• Establishes, maintains and grows relationships with the bank’s Branch Managers and Regional Managers and other key bank employees and ensures regular contact and communications through the conduct of regular meetings and other means to support the achievement of the area production target• Motivates, trains and coaches assigned FAs• Disciplines staff in matters that relate to compliance, code of conduct and market conduct• Provides feedback to the training department with regard to the training needs of the Financial Advisors (FAs) and Bank Staff in his / her assigned area• Manages the calendar of activities of his / her assigned division, which includes new FA assessment, FA revalidation, teambuilding, and related bank activities• Prepares required consolidated reports for management, both internal and external (bank partner)• Receives, collates and endorses FA reports specifically on leads received and status of lead contacts• Makes daily reports to the Bancassurance Head on leads and sales productivity of the branches managed • Supports DLMM and Bank on any tactical programs, events etc.• Develops sales strategies and tactical programs to improve productivity and conversion • Assures delivery of quality service at all client contact points, including managing complaints• Attends meetings facilitated by the Bancassurance Head, CDO etc. and all other meetings requested by the bank• Identify, nurture, and develop financial advisors for creating high-potential sales talent to prepare them for future leadership roles, ensuring a sustainable pipeline of Bancassurance Sales Leaders - BSS

Job Requirements
5 years’ experience in life insurance bancassurance sales
At least 2 years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience (Required)
Experience in assessment and analytical work will be an added advantage
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
Excellent judgment, underwriting knowledge, attention to detail & analytical thinking
