As a Bancassurance Consultant (Full Time Employee), you’ll be the bridge between banking and life insurance—offering tailored solutions that truly make a difference in customers’ lives.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with Bank Staff: Work closely with bank staffs to meet sales targets and business goals.
  • Drive Sales to meet sales target: Implement effective sales strategies to sell life insurance products.
  • Engage Customers: Reach out to potential clients, assess their needs and wants, and recommend the most suitable insurance plans.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide professional and empathetic support to customers—before, during, and after the sale.
  • Manage Records & Reports: Accurately collect client information, prepare daily sales activity reports, and maintain organized records of customers.
  • Educate & Counsel: Explain various life insurance options clearly and confidently to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Follow Up: Stay in touch with interested clients, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellence customer service
  • Sales-driven attitude with a commitment to achieve sales target
  • Build good relationship with bank staffs as a team at the assigned branch
  • Have own network for direct sales with proven sales experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure and out of office hour based on business requirements
  • Prior experience in insurance or banking is a plus
