Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Responsible for the sales of life and health insurance products to customers in partner bank branches
• Conduct financial needs analysis and identify customer needs, prior to offering the insurance product suited to customer needs
• Build good relationships and collaborate with bank staff to build a strong pipeline of insurance prospects
• Work closely with AIA Myanmar and the bank staff to plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at spreading awareness about insurance
• Ensure branch sales targets are being met, while working closely with bank staff to optimize sales performance
• Provide quality customer service and after-sales services to maintain customer relationships (servicing, claims, complaints, etc.)
• Prepare periodic reports to update sales manager on sales progress and opportunities for improvement in branches

Job Requirements

• University Degree with at least 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the financial services industry
• Sales and customer service-oriented mindset
• High-performer and target driven
• Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills
• Team player with excellent relationship building skills
