Manages the day-to-day operations of Cummins DKSH Myanmar Mandalay Branch, Mandalay, Mandalay Division, Myanmar; responsible for all functions such as Cummins Generators, Spare Parts, Engine, Service sales and sales lead. Manage Administrative, Management and Finance of Branch.

• Develops the Annual Operating Plan with input from Regional Business
• Develop and manages the business to the Annual Operating Plan; monitors all appropriate business metrics including sales order board, sales pipelines, hoppers, profit and loss metrics, and asset metrics.
• Ensures business growth by managing annual marketing and sales plans; develops and maintains business relationships with customers and develops new business partners and alliances for the business segment.
• Develops a deep understanding of Cummins' business in the Upper Myanmar region and across all business units in Myanmar.
• Manages customer satisfaction for the Branch by encouraging a culture of customer service; develops and motivates the branch employees.
• Manages customer service through Branch operations.
• Manages compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and compliance; oversees health, safety, and environmental audits.
• Encourages a culture of corporate responsibility for the benefit of employees and the communities in which Cummins operates.
• Manages, develops, and motivates employees; completes, agrees to and monitors work plans and Individual Development Plans for each employee

• University Degree in Engineering Discipline, Business, Economic or Science Degree
• Engineering Background knowledge in advance
• Good Experienced in Profit and Loss
• Excellent communication skills & ability to form working relationships with customers, staff & working peers.
• Must have a positive, upbeat attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be advance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Myanmar and English
• A strong sense of integrity, honesty, and sincerity in every aspect of your work
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Good interpersonal skills and experienced in multi-tasking
