• Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable. • Manage stock levels and be in charge of stock control. • Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales. • Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning. • Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met. • Respond to customer complaints and comments.
• Organize special promotions, displays, events and liaise with Head Office. • Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitors are doing.

Job Requirements
• Any Bachelor's Degree iholder /Diploma in Sales & Marketing• Sales Experience, preferable 3- or 5-years’ experience as branch manager
• Verbal and Written Communication.• Accounting and Finance.
• Must have Car Driving License• Customer Focus & Vendor Relationships.• Market Knowledge.• Results Driven.• Strategic Planning.• Client Relationships.
