  • ဘဏ်ခွဲ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းများကို စနစ်တကျ ဦးဆောင်စီမံပြီး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအရည်အသွေးနှင့် ထိန်းချုပ်မှုကောင်းမွန်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • ဘဏ်မှ Deposit၊ Loan နှင့် Digital Products များကို နားလည်သဘောပေါက်ရမည်။
  • ဘဏ်မှ ချမှတ်ထားသော Target၊ Goals များအား ပြည့်မီအောင်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပြီး ဘဏ်၏ အရှုံးအမြတ် အပေါ်တာဝန်ခံနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • ဘဏ်၏ လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအားကောင်းစွာသဘောပေါက်နားလည်ရမည်။
  • Customer Service ပိုင်းနှင့် Customer Relationship ပိုင်းတွင် ဆက်ဆံရေး ကောင်းမွန်ပြေပြစ်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • ဘဏ်၏ Business ပိုင်း၊ Operation ပိုင်း၊စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု့ပိုင်းနှင့် မိမိ၏ Team ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ သတ်မှတ်ပေးအပ်သည့် အခြား Ad-hoc Projects များကို အချိန်မီ အကောင်အထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

Job Requirements

  • မည်သည့်ဘွဲရမဆို လျောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
  • စီးပွားရေးနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူအားဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • ဘဏ်ခွဲအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၇) နှစ်ရှိပြီးဘဏ်အားကောင်းမွန်စွာ စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Banking Procedures, Policies နှင့် Internal Controls များကို ကောင်းစွာ သိရှိနားလည်ရမည်။
  • ဖောက်သည်ဝန်ဆောင်မှုနှင့် Customer Relationship Management စွမ်းရည် ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • ကွန်ပျူတာကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပြီး ရုံးလုပ်ငန်းနှင့် အစီရင်ခံစာများကို ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး ပြေပြစ်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Head Office ဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းကာ target များ ပြည့်မီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
