Job Summary
AtoZ Group is seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager to lead branch sales growth in Mandalay. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving project-based business, and coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver results in trading and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and manage project sales opportunities across Mandalay and nearby markets.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, dealers, and key clients.
● Lead sales planning, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews for branch growth.
● Identify customer needs and provide effective product and solution recommendations.
● Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
● Support team members with coaching, follow-up, and sales target achievement.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales management, project sales, or business development.
● Strong understanding of trading, distribution, or import/export business models.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to manage sales targets, client pipelines, and branch performance.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
● Good problem-solving skills and a result-oriented mindset.
● Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across departments.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
● Based in or willing to work in Mandalay, Pyigyitagon.
