We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Brand Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Brand Manager to execute brand strategies, manage marketing campaigns, and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about branding and consumer behavior, and stays ahead of market trends to help drive brand growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Support

  • Brainstorm and contribute innovative campaign ideas, content plans, and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate the timely production of promotional materials (POSM), merchandise, and marketing toolkits.

2. Content & Digital Brand Management

  • Oversee and manage the consistent flow of brand content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and copywriters to ensure all creative outputs align with the official brand guidelines.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights (parents' needs), and competitor activities, providing regular reports to the Brand Manager.
  • Collect and evaluate engagement metrics and marketing data following the conclusion of each campaign.

4. Event & Activation Management

  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of on-ground and off-ground events, open houses, workshops, and brand activations.
  • Manage communication and coordination with suppliers, vendors, and handle event-related logistics/expenses.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (Shared Services, Ambassador, and Admissions) to ensure a unified and consistent brand image across all school touchpoints.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a Brand Executive or Marketing role (Prior experience in an international school or the service industry is highly preferred).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Burmese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in managing and leveraging social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).
    • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); a strong eye for design (basic knowledge of Photoshop/Canva) is a plus.
  • Personality: Energetic, highly creative, proactive, and a great team player.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Accuracy and absolute consistency of brand guidelines across all materials.
  • Efficiency in coordinating with internal departments and external vendors.
