About the Job: Brand Executive (Ethical), reporting to Marketing Manager (Ethical), is mainly responsible for planning and implementing the brand strategy and customer experience by driving the brand awareness, optimizing the brand perception and brand equity in the Myanmar Market. This position should focus mainly on the POM products of the Lydia Brand in the medical channel and KOLs to promote and strengthen the positioning of the brands.

  • Uncover the consumer insights, propose, and deliver the innovative brand marketing strategy to attract the existing and potential customers by improving their experience.
  • Maintain a steady stream of market data collection, analysis, and report submission to your direct supervisor, including but not limited to competitor activity, trade insights, and consumer insights.
  • Manage the consumer market proactively and stay on top of current events to protect your brand from harm and boost your brand image.
  • Develop, propose, implement, and monitor campaigns and other brand marketing strategies across general trade and modern trade channels in collaboration with the sales and distribution team and in alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure that all channels, including wholesale, retail, pharmacy, modern trade, and medical, have optimum visibility at the point of sale (POS).
  • Get the most out of the agency management for advertising, media purchasing, public relations, and other marketing activities that you manage.
  • Work closely with the sales and distribution managers to ensure the achievement of annual sales targets, brand awareness and brand equity.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in any medical related disciplines (prefer with Professional certificate or Diploma in Marketing Management or Business Management)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing, branding of POM products or supplements is required.
  • Understanding and good knowledge of Marketing, especially brand management, POSM management, channel management, and the marketing of POM medications and supplements
  • Digital friendliness, especially with all google services and Microsoft office.
  • Proactiveness and fast responses are expected.
  • Good command of English in both writing and speaking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment
  • Attention to detail and high level of efficiency is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications & presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize 
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally if needed.
  • Knowledge about Sexual Reproductive Health and contraceptives will be an asset.
