Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Growth
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and brand positioning.
• Enhance brand visibility and customer engagement through integrated campaigns, including digital marketing, PR, influencer partnerships, luxury events, and traditional advertising.
• Strengthen brand identity through compelling storytelling, creative visuals, and content tailored for high-net-worth individuals.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine strategies and seize new opportunities.
Campaign & Content Management
• Oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, content marketing, paid advertising, PR, exhibitions, and traditional media.
• Lead the creative team in producing visually stunning and innovative branding materials, advertisements, and digital content.
• Plan and execute high-profile jewelry exhibitions, trunk shows, and VIP customer events.
Data-Driven Marketing
• Leverage data, facts, market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis to guide strategic marketing decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
• Implement and oversee CRM strategies and technologies to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Track KPIs, measure ROI, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Marketing, Branding, Media, and Creative teams, fostering a high-performance and innovative culture.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product development, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
• Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and train marketing team members, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet goals.
Budget & Resource Management
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and resources to achieve financial objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media partners, and industry influencers.
Governance & Operational Excellence
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels and materials.
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, KPIs, and guidelines as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Ensure continuity of work during periods of leave, training, or emergency travel abroad, the Manager must formally hand over their duties and responsibilities to an assigned replacement. This handover should be documented in a signed transfer letter and approved by the Managing Director.
• Promote a culture of workplace safety and ethical business practices.
