Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales & marketing plans to meet enrolment targets.
Lead, motivate, and train the sales & marketing team to deliver results.
Manage the admissions process, ensuring excellent customer care for students and parents.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline), including events, school visits, fairs, and social media promotions.
Collaborate with academic and management teams to align marketing strategies with institutional goals.
Build and maintain partnerships with schools, organizations, and industry stakeholders.
Analyse market trends, competitors, and student feedback to improve recruitment strategies.
Manage marketing budgets and report on ROI for campaigns.
Oversee branding consistency across all platforms and communication channels.
Generate timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing management, preferably in education or related industry.

Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
