Take all responsibilities about branding & marketing ( offline + online ) from idea generating to implementation.
Ability to lead the entire marketing team and encourage teamwork.
Manage all of the tasks and members KPIs of Marketing Team.
Handle and check details the card payments of monthly marketing team usage and report to bosses if it has any issues ( Hacked case, payment pending, card error, etc.,…….. )
Prepare monthly Marketing Plans & Budget for brands and report to Executive Director.
Develop MDS & LUMOS Branding as brand guidelines.
Lead & Manage the communication of team for developing business ability with other departments & third parties.
Develop monthly Social Media Content Calendars and deal with team.
Review & approve for final contents before uploading on social media & offline.
Prepare campaign concepts and promotional strategies. ( monthly marketing calendar )
Develop and coordinate campaign/ event/ Pop up with sale objectives, key messages and target audiences.
Review competitor activities and market trends and report monthly to Bosses.
Monitor marketing budgets and report to ED & chase for final decision.
Take all responsibilities about shooting idea plan to final results ( Concept & Assign Management )

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital / Social Media Marketing.
Experience in Retail, Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle or Electronics is preferred.
Creative, proactive and strong communication skills.
